Hallo,
I received an email saying: "Your Adobe ID was recently used to access the Send for Signature or Create Sign Template functionality within the unified Document Cloud. An Adobe Acrobat Sign account with the same email address already exists. To protect your signed agreements, we request a one-time verification to confirm your identity". BUT I did not request access to the Adobe Acrobat Sign functionality in the Document Cloud user interface, what can I do? Can you please help me understand if everything is ok?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
Could you please share the screenshot of the email you have received? Ensure that you extend the From address in the email to confirm the email's sender.
Are you using Acrobat Sign as an individual account or provided via your organization? Are you using the same email for the Acrobat sign that is used to sign in here on the community page?
More information will be helpful.
