Acrobat Sign was unable to process your document(s).

Below error is observed while submitting an excel file: 

Acrobat Sign was unable to process your document(s). This can occur if uploaded documents contain scripts, macros or Visual Basic code. You may wish to inspect your documents for these elements, remove them, and try again. 

 

Can any body guide on that?

I also have the same issue but in this case trying to use esign. the same doc has been in use for over a year without issue, but this month I get the attached error yet nothing has changed. I have tried checking all factors but can see no reason for this to have happenened and also tried last months sucessful form from blank as a resend but get the same error. any help appreciated.

As you get the error, it could be a document-specific issue. Please check if you can send another document without any problems. If so, please share the document with us so we can check it.

Thanks for the reply, I have reviewed prior answers and updates. 

this is a file we have used (as previously noted) for over the past year or so. I have attached an example of one of the files. the one attached is actually from last month and was sucessfully sent for esign without issue but oin trying this month and again jhust shows the same error noted. 

 

I have also gone back to previous examples as the base form pre sign, and they also now generate the same error where previously didn't.

    Could you please confirm if you are sending the document for signature, or are you trying to add the file as an attachment?

    Share the complete steps you do and the sample file so we can check it.

    It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the complete workflow.
