Adaptive forms integration with Adobe esign - apply custom UI to generated PDF

Hi All,

We are working on Adaptive forms integration with Adobe esign.

We are using adaptive form action as "Forms Portal Submit Action " and we are able to send adaptive form data as PDF for review and sign.

But we are getting PDF with out-of-the-box styles, we would like to use custom branding for generated PDF before sending to customer.

Please let me know if anyone worked on this use case.
