Adding digital signature issuer to my signature

Hi. My signature says my name and date of signing. I was wondering if it is possible it would also say who is the issuer of the digital certificate I used to sign the document.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please confirm if you are signing the document in the Acrobat desktop application to the document received via the Acrobat Sign.

Also, let us know how you add your signature to the document.
