Adobe Acrobat DC : Signing request error message

Hi,

 

Ive been using this function for 10 months or so without any difficulty. In the last 48 hours I am receiving the following error message. See picture below. 

 

Also, when I checked settings it says: "Reques e-signature services arent available at this time.

 

Please help
