Adobe Acrobat DC : Signing request error message

Hi,

Ive been using this function for 10 months or so without any difficulty. In the last 48 hours I am receiving the following error message. See picture below. 

Also, when I checked settings it says: "Reques e-signature services arent available at this time.

Please help

Please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue.

If yes, did you make any changes to the Adobe ID or the email address for the Acrobat Sign?

We have checked your account. It shows active and working fine.
