Adobe Acrobat Pro - Sign in error

Hi all,

Hi all, 

I am not sure if anyone has encountered this issue before any advise would be much appreciated .

 

I enconter the below error message when i try to login to Adobe Pro for the first time with my Email address .   Thanks

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

 

Try reinstalling the application once. Remove the Acrobat and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

Reboot the machine and reinstall the application from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

 

Please let us know if the issue started recently. Did you make any changes to the application?

Share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.

Hi, 

Do you have resolve this problem? I have the same until this morning but it's not the first time i use adobe sign! Thank you!
