Adobe Acrobat Sign ISSUE URGENT: Loading ERROR

The Adobe Sign mobile application keeps loading when we try to login. 

 

We downloaded the Adobe Avrobat Signe Application from GooglePlay. When we fill the login info, a page pops up and it starts to load. It has been loading for HOURS and the same thing happened yesterday too.

 

Please help us. We tried calling the customer support line, but they said Adobe online offers support for desktop only and not for mobile applications ??

 

We specifically paid for the full Adobe package to get the Adobe Sign without difficulties...

 

Please help!

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Please try to reinstall the application. Once you uninstall it, ensure you reboot the device. Once you install it, add your credentials manually. If you are still experiencing the issue, please try opening the web browser on your device. Then, sign in using your Adobe credentials. Check if that works.

 

If the issue persists, please share the Acrobat Sign and OS version on the device. We will then check this.

Hi Meenakshi!

 

We already tried this. But to make sure we did everything again, as you said: uninstalled the app, rebooted the tablet, reinstaled the app, loged in manually. And we tried it on the website. Unfortunetly the issue has not resolved. When trying to log in the Adobe Signe app keeps loading forever.

Attached is a picture of it.

 

The device we are using is a Samsung Tablet:

One UI version: 6.1

Android version: 14

Current version: P620XXS5AYB4 / P620OXM5AYB4 /

Security patch level: Feb.1.2025

Please let us know if you are experiencing issues when signing in to the web application. Could you please share the screen recording so we can better understand the problem?

Share the Acrobat Sign version installed on the tablet.
