I have a 1500 KB file that I need to send for signature through adobe acrobat DC pro but every time I try sending it I get a error message "file is to big for account settings". I have looked through the forum and have found other people having similar issues but their files were bigger than 10MB. Can someone help me please?

Hi keegang69219057,

Maximum upload size for Adobe Sign Individual account is 10 MB per transaction.

You can reduce the size of the document using Acrobat DC application & then upload it in the Adobe Sign environment.

Or, you can upgrade to Business or Enterprise service level where upload size is adjustable depending on your requirement : Adobe Sign plans for individuals and businesses | Adobe Document Cloud
