Question

Adobe eSign Manager- 10 minute wait time to sign??

My company is testing out the free trial for Adobe eSign to see if it would be a good fit.

I recently downloaded the Adobe eSign Manager DC app to my iPad to try it out and this is the problem I have run into...

When I select either "Send for Signature" or "In-Person Signing" after filling out the email address and attaching a document the app will spend 10 minutes or more loading before moving on to the next page so that the customer can sign.

Is this typical?

If that is the average wait time then this program will not be suitable for our company at all.

Troubleshooting I've Tried:

  • Turning iPad off and back on
  • Closing and reopening app
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling app
  • Using different documents

Please let me know if you have any advice on how to use this app without the long wait time or if this is something that is typical for this app I would like to know that as well.

Thank you

Dear Customer,

We are continuing to work on the performance issue and you should be seeing faster updates in the past week.

Thanks

Hi Felicia,

Please download our latest build 3.3.1 from App Store, your problem should be resolved.  Please let's know if you still see the problem with 3.3.1 build. Sometimes when server is in peak time from Pacific time 10 to 12 AM it may wait for longer.

Sorry for all inconviences.

Thanks

Hi Felicia,

I wanted to follow up on your issue, and I apologize for the delay in response. The time delays you are experiencing are not typical to the Adobe eSign manager apps. If you are still evaluating the application and our service, we would like to help understand the cause of the delays. It would be great if you could send us the following info

  • your iPad version used
  • your iOS version used
  • were you testing on WiFi or on a cell network
  • time of day of use (morning, afternoon, evening, etc)
  • a sample file of the document you were trying to attach

This will help us a lot in resolving the issues.

Thanks and regards,

Pachi
