Adobe eSign Stuck At 72% and wont proceed

Uanble to find a solution.  Latest version is updated and tried several attempts to uninstall and reinstall the application. I rely on this feature for about 75% of my job, I'm unable to proceed with any tasks at the moment.   Tried several documents with the same results.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated
