Adobe Fill and Sign broken or discontinued

I can't find support for this app. I signed out to fix a problem and now I can't enter the reset code. The screen disappears. Also I can't import or select AFS app to open a document in it. I've written about this problem for about a year. Looks like Adobe killed the app for:

iPad Pro 12.9  2018

iPhone SX Max. Both on the latest operating system. iOS 13.3.1

I'm surprised that the app would be unacceptable in some Apple products and not all Apple products.
