Adobe Fill and Sign not opening files blank

Adobe fill and sign is not opening files that have already been fully filled out. Even files in there from weeks ago are corrupted. Opens up but is a complete white blank page. When I try clicking send, i get a message "could not generate completed form". These are extremely important files that have spend 40 hour weeks filling out. Please help!!
