Adobe keeps asking for activation

Hello, I am not able to activate my account. After clicking the activation link sent in my email:

 

 

I get redirected to the following page:

 

It seems like it is stuck in a loop. Please help!

I have checked that you are using the Adobe Sign individual plan.

Please try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser and relaunch it. Then try to open this link: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in using the email address for your Adobe Sign account.
