Adobe Privacy Guarantee

Hello,

I'm new to AdobeSign and a long time computer novice.

I have a tricky question for Adobe regarding confidentiality of data and my contracts.

I sign tripartite group coaching contracts between myself, a company or an organization and twelve collaborating participants for each contract.

Coaching participants enter personal data about their past or abilities in the contract, and commit to resolving them.

The managers enter company data, prices and conditions.

These data are ultra-confidential and could be used against individuals or companies if placed in the wrong hands.

AdobeSign, which I like very much, stores my contracts on its servers, and this is essential for keeping the records necessary for the reliability and validity of signatures.

But how can Adobe guarantee data confidentiality?
- Can hackers access the servers?
- Can Adobe executives or subcontractors access the data?
- Can shareholders have enough influence in the company to do as they please and gain access to the data?

These are just some of the questions I have about confidentiality.

I'd be delighted to have some clarifications on this point of confidentiality.

Best regards
SerTh
