My Adobe programme does not recognise that I have a subscription and I cannot use the features

We have checked that you have Adobe Acrobat Export PDF. It is an Adobe Document Cloud service.

Please let us know where you experience the issue with accessing the service. Are you using the desktop application or trying to access the service on the Acrobat Online account?
