Adobe SharePoint Error " Something went wrong...."

Adobe Team,

We are using Adobe sign integration with SharePoint and are now getting below error. I have looked up the forums and two other folks have posted same issue but no one replied or the problem never got resolved. 

Appreciate if you can advise on how we can resolve this error.
