The Adobe sign app is logging us into the document cloud rather than the adobe sign app. We have tried to update and reinstall the app and also tried updating our tablets operating system. Prior to this occuring there were no changes made to our account or email. Please see image descriptions below.
1. the initial logon screen
2. when filling in the password on the logon screen in image 1 it "glitches" or refreshes and opens up this logon screen
3. when details are entered after succesfully logging on through the logon screen in the second image it opens up this page/interface (the error)
4. this is the page/interface that usually opens
All of this occurs in the app, it does not open up a browser page
