Adobe Sign changes the names of my document

when I send documents for signing, Adobe Sign changes the names of my documents once signed to all the same name, I want them to stay the same names as when I load them into the platform

Hi Tarique,

 

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

 

It seems that you are sending multiple documents at once and get a single signed copy when it is signed.

If that is the case, nothing much can be done. It is the designed behavior. 

You may use the feature "Keep documents separated" to get the individual copy of each document when the signer fully signs the documents. However, the feature is available with a business and enterprise service plan.

Why would renaming the files be the desired outcome? I understand the need to rename the file so users can distinguish between signed and unsigned documents. Perhaps appending "Signed" afterwards would accomplish this. In my use case, the signed file gets renamed to the email subject line or the Agreement Name. When I want to forward the PDF, I have to save and rename the file. Is there a setting to disable the signed document being renamed?
