I have a users that is getting request to sign documents on Adobe Sign but the email where he is getting notified is only showing an option "to delegate an authorized signer" before he would get the "normal" email with the option to "Review and sign". We have done several test with several users and he is the only experiencing this issue.

Issue has been solved, our account administrator detected that the user account somehow became inactive.

Hi ashley_3715,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

As you only get the option to delegate the form, please check with the sender if it needs to be signed by someone else. If that is not the case, check if you experience the same behavior with other agreements you receive.

Try accessing your Acrobat Sign account and see if you can find the document under the "Waiting for You" folder: https://adobe.ly/3Cv4YBf

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

@Meenakshi Negi - I am having the same issue - first image is the email where it says all I can do is delegate - -but when I sign into Adobe it shows up for signature but when I click to sign it says I have to delegate.  Need some help as this has happened before so don't know if it's my account

Hi there,

As you have mentioned above, the email received at signers end shows the option only "to delegate an authorized signer".

Would you mind sharing screenshot of the email received by the signer?

You have mentioned that the issue occurs only with a particular user. Could you please ask the user if the issue occurs with every document he received for signature?

We will be waiting for your response.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
