Adobe Sign Error

Help!  I have been getting a couple of my bosses to sign documents through Adobe Sign and all of a sudden today, it is giving me this error - picture attached.  I'm online, connected to my company's server.  Nothing is different from the other times I used Adobe Sign.  We need this to work, since we are all working from home the next 2-3 weeks.
