Adobe Sign for Salesforce Dynamics Recipients

Is there a way to dynamically assign an unknown number of recipients in a template? For example, if I have a template based on the account and I want to add recipients for all contacts related to that account where the contact type = 'signer' (assume type is a made-up picklist field, and signer is one of the options).

On account "A", there could be three contacts with a type of signer, but on Account "B", there might only be one. I have no way of knowing how many contacts will be on each account with type of  'signer', so the number of recipients will vary each time.
