In the new version of the Managed Package (Adobe Sign for Salesforce), has there been a change in the maximum file size you can upload, without having to add it as a Document?

    Is there any specific error message that you get while sending the document out for signature?

    Please share the screenshot of the error message.

    Hi jackl37671026​,

    The default upload size is 2-4 MB in Salesforce account, it can be increased by the  Salesforce account Admin.

    It need to be setup manually by the Salesforce account Admin.
