Question

Adobe Sign going to junk mail

Our agency just started using Adobe Sign. We are getting reports that Adobe Sign emails are going to "junk" or "spam" even when they've added "adobesign@adobesign.com" to their contacts. Has anyone figured out a solution to this?

Hi Anna29100891wzxj,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please confirm if this happens to all the recipients?

Did you check if this happens with inhouse recipients or external recipients?

More information would be helpful. We will get this checked.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hello,

It is only happening to some. It is not happening inhouse, just external recipients and not all. I'm working on a situation now where a person with a gmail account is not getting the email notifications from Adobe Sign.

Thanks for your help.

This problem has existed for years with Adobe Sign and its prior versions.  We are a law office.  There really is no substitute to a phone call to let the recipients know it was sent and to check their spam folder.  Frankly, everyone should be checking their spam folder regularily because the system is not flawless and important emails could be missed.  Adobe needs to work with the major email hosting companies and see if their spam detection software can be tweaked to create a safe door for Adobe.
