Hi guys.
I've followed the Adobe Sign install guide ton SharePoint 2013, and have yet to get it to work.
Firstly, we noticed that a file may have been missed or incorrectly named - we had an error referencing a file called "AdobeSign.Strings.en-US.resx", but we could only find "AdobeSign.Strings.resx" in the location. To get past this we copied and renamed the file. This got us past that error.
Th rest of the install was apparently fine - however, when we try and create an agreement, we get the error

Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0
running a trace, the error in Sharepoint appears to be "Error occurred while fetching merge mapping item from AdobeSignMergeMapping list. Sequence contains no elements"
Any ideas?
