Adobe Sign missing required field at signing...

Question

I have a form that has 4 required fields (1 of which is a signature field). Two of the required fields (textfields) are placed before the Signature field on the form, and the last required field (a radio button group) is placed after the Signature field.

Upon signing, Adobe only indicates 3 required fields in upper ight corener of screen and thus excludes the radio button group even though it's set to required and shows a red asterisk in template.

Not sure why this is happening.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, the form fields disappear after signing the document.

Did this issue occurs with a particular document?

Did you add the form fields in the Adobe Sign?

It would be helpful if you can share the video capturing the behaviour. It will help us to understand the issue better.
