When we choose NEW (Agreement) on the Account in Salesforce…
…why is the Account not pre-populated in Adobe sign page below? I have to search it and then relate it (we have lots of simolar named accounts). Is there a setting I may be missing?
(If we added the NEW button to the CONTACT record, would the same thing happen – not relating it to the contact record we selected NEW from?)
Also, It appears you can relate the Agreement to an ACCOUNT, OPPORTUNITY, and CONTRACT record. Can it be related to a CASE possibly?
Thanks! Ben

I have a similar issue. When trying to create an Agreement from Salesforce Lightning, the corresponding Account Name does not get populated.
Whereas, while trying the same with Salesforce Classic, I am able to see the Account Name gets populated automatically.
Can someone clarify why this is happening?

Hi
Is there any more updates on this issue?

To relate a master object details to the agreement object, you need to do some config in Salesforce.
You need o add a custom button to your master object and create a Sign agreement template record.
See this write up for more detailed instructions https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign-discussions/sending-adobe-sign-agreements-from-custom-obje...
Clicking new agreement will not grab the master object details without this config.

Hi SImon,
Thanks for the update. Yes I already used this workaround but just wondering why was this functionality removed? as it worked fine for me in a previous version?
