Hi,
I am receiving a message when I try to send out a document to be signed. I'm given a neverending loading wheel, or receiving the message eu1.documents.adobe.comredirected you too many times.
This only happened when I updated my account and added the photography bundle to my account. I have been on live chat twice, who then passed it higher to see if they could fix it, which they couldn't. I haven't been able to use Adobe sign for the last 5 days and I've got vital documents that need signing. As nobody is able to fix this issue I've had to temporarily use another program to get my documents signed.
I haven't changed my e-mail address or anything else on the account and this is not working across multiple computers and platforms.
Thinking that this will never be resolved I tried to cancel my Adobe account as it's useless to me without Adobe Sign and I've been told I'll be charged £50 to cancel early.
Is there a way Adobe could cancel my account and make a new one or will I still have the same issue? Really not sure where I'm supposed to go from here.
