Adobe Sign Not Working! Help ASAP

Trying to get this to work for work. 

What's up!?

 

All other Adobe applications worked today.

 

It just keeps getting me to fill in who I'm sending to and what document. it's an endless loop!

I have been sent an adobe sign document to complete but the cookie pop up window won't disappear so I can't submit the document

Anyone have any ideas how I can solve this? In hope x
