Adobe Sign not working in Acrobat Pro plan

@Kristi34335987myf4 Are you using your own personal account? If your church uses an email address that's also used for a personal Adobe account, you might be logging into the personal account by default. This account wouldn't have the business package benefits, and thus would prompt you to buy Pro.

I would make sure you are log-in into adobe.com with the same username and password that was bought with the businss package. Adobe offers various licensing models, including individual, team, businesses and enterprise plans. As well, double check your License Assignment confirms that the church's "business package" indeed includes Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses. For non-profits, licenses are often managed through an administrator account. When you log in, Adobe checks your associated account and the licenses assigned to it to determine which software you're entitled to download and use.
