My Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop application recently updated (Version 2022.003.20282) and now e-sign does not work. When the Request E-Signatures dialog box opens, I input the recipients, but when I press the "Specify where to sign" button at the bottom of the dialog box, nothing happens. No error message or anything, it just sits there doing nothing. I was able to send a document for e-signature through the website, but I normally use the desktop app and find it much more convenient. Is it just me, or is there a new version coming? Please help.

Hi mikeglang4d,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.
As the feature is not working on the desktop application, try repairing the application installation. In Acrobat, go to Help > Repair Installation.
If the issue still occurs, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine.
- Install Adobe Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

I have the same problem and nothing works. Via the search on internet, i came to the language issue, but this does not work for me either. I can change the language from English with Arabic to English. Restart the app and we are back to English with Arabic. And still the sign option is not there. I am on version 23.3.20201.0
