Adobe Sign not working

Please help Adobe sign has stopped working.  I get error

This worked the last time I used it.

Hi Nigelw,

Have you tried to send the document now? Could you please try to send it now? It could be a possibility that, there might be some intermittent issue with the website for a while.

  • For testing purpose, you may try sending the document through the web- Adobe Document Cloud
  • Check with a different test document. After resetting the web browser or changing the web browser.

Let us know if it still doesn't work for you.

Please let us know the following info

  • Acrobat version. Go to help-> About Acrobat Pro DC
  • Have you configured any proxy to block Adobe Sign n/w in your work environment ?
  • Is this issue happening with every file or is it file specific ?
