Adobe Sign - Rembering Frequently Used eMail Addresses

Hello,

I am submitting question on behalf of our two Adobe Sign users.

When using an earlier version of the product (I believe it was called EchoSign at that time), when populating the list of email recipients
on the Send screen, the application had the ability to remember frequently used email addresses.  Not unlike Outlook’s behavior, when

the user would begin typing a previously entered email address, the application would present the user with one or more potential choices,

thus speeding up the completion of the Send screen recipient list.

We just purchased a subscription to the latest version and it appears to no longer offer this functionality – which is a significant
shortcoming for those who use the product regularly.

Question:  Was this functionality intentionally dropped?

If not, is there something that needs to be done to enable the old functionality?

If it was dropped, is it likely to be restored?

Thank you,

Dale

    Aadesh,

Thank you for the response.  I am glad to hear that Adobe is aware of the problem and a restoration of the functionality is in the works.
