Adobe Sign Requires Fields to be Filled By Wrong Signer

When I am preparing to send a document for signature, and I have multiple form fields required to be filled assigned to the recipient, I'm unable to send because it wants me to fill out the form.  I've used this form before.  What has changed?  Why has it changed?  Are we encouraged to forge signatures?

An hour after I initially tried to send a template I'm still fighting with this.  Why you ask?  Because there's no "Go back and edit the document to see if you're the one who messed something up" button.  That would be a nice feature to have, guys.

Hi Kendrickkirk,

In Adobe Sign, you need to fill the form before sending it only if you add your email address as recipient 1.

Could you please share the exact workflow you do to create and send the document for signature?

Also, let us know the Adobe Sign service plan you are using.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi

WOW.  Even if I don't add myself as a signer, it still wants me to fill out the document.
