Adobe Sign's Sandbox Enabling Automatic Status Updates

Hi,

It seems that Enable Automatic Status Update for Agreements sent from Salesforce is not working on Salesforce Sandbox instance even after enabling from 'Enable Automatic Status Update' in Adobe Sign Admin. Does it only work in production organization? Please help.
