Hi guys. I am sking for your support on changing the display name for all Adobe Sign messages requests. Presently all the email sign requests show display name UD UD, which of course can be easily ignored by the recepient. And yes, I have fully updated my name in the profile. Who can have a look into this? Please check attached picture.

Hi Andir,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.
We have checked that you are using the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that includes the Adobe Sign individual plan.
Also, the name on the Adobe Sign account appears as UD UD and Adobe Account shows the name correctly.
Did you ever change the email address for your Adobe account?
Also, please confirm if you have tried to change the name from the profile settings in Adobe Sign.
If not, use the steps as suggested below:
1. Open this link
2. Sign in using the Adobe ID and password.
3. Click on the profile icon at the top right corner (blue circle) and select settings.
4. In the Settings window, click on the Edit settings option in blue provided under E-signing settings.
5. On the page that opens, go to Personal Preferences > My Profile > Edit Profile > Edit name.
Check if that helps.

Thank you for your quick reply. Here are a few findings:
1. I don't see a hyperlink on your first point - 1. Open this link - can you please put the hyperlink in full?
2. I have updated my profile on the https://account.adobe.com/profile, like this:
I don't see any specific settings for e-signing, please give me the precise link for that.
