Hi, I've just updated the Adobe Reader to version 11.0.16.But the error isn't away.

Is there another solution?

Reader 11 is not the current version of Reader. My version of Reader is 15.016.20045. You need to be using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

I have the same issue as Flavio, with Adobe Reader 11.0.17.  When I check for updates, it says none are available, so how do you wind up with 15.016.20045?

You are using an older version of Reader. You need to update.
