Adobe Sign trial not working?

Hi guys,

Adobe sign says I have 15 days left in trial, i uploaded a document, tried to send, it says error?

I have tried several email addresses, nothing seems to work?

Hi timb4565 ,

The file that you were using before was not reader Extended to save the changes.

Make sure that the file is Reader Extended using the Acrobat application so that you don't experience such issue in feature.

Okay so i tried a different PDF and it is working,

The file i originally tried to use was from a government body so perhaps the file was locked?

What is the exact error message.

Personally, I'm not getting an error message, but I'm being prompted to upgrade my free trial in order to send for signature.

That was the whole reason why I signed up for a free trial -- to demo the signature capabilities.

I really want to recommend Adobe for my client (they already use Adobe DC, would be a nice transition for them) but this is not boding well for the quality of the product (or service -- I was sent to QA site for product help when I'm about to be a customer.
