Question

Adobe Sign Web Form replace Counter-Signer(s)

It's currently not possible to edit, replace, or add counter-signers to a web form once it has initially been created.  Therefore, anytime that one of the counter-signers is unavailable or leaves the company I will need to crate a new web form.

Ideally it would be nice to be able to edit the template email counter-signer, though if I have to manually put the replacement as it is possible in the normal Adobe-Sign process it will have to suffice (though that function is not avaialbe on web form).

I am encountering the same issue. Have you found any solution to this?

Hi ODCambodia,

Thank you for reaching out.

Currently, the option to change the counter signer once the document is created is not available. Please refer to the information on the changes that can be made to the web form at https://adobe.ly/3Kqyw3g

If you wish, you may share your suggestion with the team here: https://adobe.ly/3RcUVor.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
