Adobe sign web version and ipad version doesnt show the same information.

Hi, 

we are so desesperate with this problem. 

The web version shows us 200 contracts in "Waiting for Others" but in the ipad version it only shows us those that have been created in the last month. 

I have tried everything possible and there is no option to avoid this. 

I have installed the app on other devices and it keeps giving the same problem. We need this option so that our clients can sign on our ipad. Until 3 months ago there was no problem. The chat support closes my conversations and they hang up the phone on the phone. This situation is not acceptable ...
