Hi  Adobe,

I am hearing Adobe Sign is not a part of creative cloud but my understanding is Acrobat pro DC is using Adobe Sign which is a part of Creative cloud then why I require to purchase separate plans for Adobe Sign?

Look forward to hear from you.

Thanks

Yam

Adobe Sign is part of the Document Cloud with Acrobat.  These are separate from the Creative Cloud.

You can find the plans here: Adobe: Creative, marketing and document management solutions

Now that Adobe Sign is part of the Document cloud, Adobe have stopped anyone reselling this product / service.

I run a company that has integrated EchoSign into our software to enable our clients to integrate with the Adobe sign platform.

After weeks of negotiation to become an approved reseller and make some money out of this arrangement which has made thousands of pounds for Adobe, we have been denied the chance to resell Adobe Sign and make any money from the process.

What a merry dance we have lead, and wasted valuable time and effort.

I will find a way to transfer as many clients now to signable, because Adobe have been so unhelpful at almost every stage.

the product might be OK, but the attitude of the staff is awful.

such a disappointment.
