AdobeSign is not sending email with excel attachments

We have integrated AdobeSign into one of ASP.NET application but

AdobeSign is not sending emails with specific excel attachments(with multiple worksheets and pivoting) to receipents, instead its set email status to cancel in Adobesign admin panel, what could be the possible cause for this?

Please share the screen recording of the workflow, how you are attaching the file, and what happens.

Does this happen when attaching a particular file? Did this start recently?

More information would be helpful to further investigate the issue.
