AdobeSign Send for Signature: Loading AdobeSign Message never stops

Community Beginner ,
Dec 24, 2018 Dec 24, 2018

I want to send a document for signature. However, following recent update, when I click on "Send for Signature" I get a "Loading AdobeSign" message that never goes away. I never get to the next screen.

I also cannot see my hundreds of already signed documents anywhere. Help.

Problem resolved … issue was the Edge browser. It did not work properly in Mozilla either. However it worked correctly in Chrome.

Hi Johnm,

Please try once to send the document for signature online here Adobe Document Cloud

Open the link and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

Check if you can send the document without any issues.

To check the signed documents, go to "For signature" on the same page.

There you can select the filter to check the signed documents.

Then check the box for "Completed".

The list will show only the signed documents

Also, you can enable the Adobe Sign Manage tab at right.

Adobe Sign manage radio button.JPG

It will redirect you to the same old Adobe Sign manage page.

There you can check your signed documents.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
