Good morning!
I changed my Adobe account email address a few weeks ago (not a new account, just a email adress change in account settings).
However, the Adobe Sign agreements from the old email address persist on the Acrobat application.
Is this normal?
How can I delete them given that I only want to keep the agreements made with my new email address?
Thank you for your response 🙂

Thank you for reaching out.
As mentioned, the agreements with the old email address persist on the account. Since you have only changed the email address, there will be no changes to the documents in the account.
Could you please confirm what happens when you send the document for signature after the email address changes? Check whether the email that appears on the document is new or old.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hello 🙂
I must not have been clear in my explanations.
My request does not in any way relate to new documents to be signed or modifications to old documents.
Here is the context:
Previously, my Adobe account on which I signed documents was on a MAIL1 address.
A few months ago, I changed my professional email from MAIL1 to MAIL2. I made this email change on my Adobe account. However, after this change from MAIL1 to MAIL2 on my Adobe account, the old agreements signed with the MAIL1 address persist on my Adobe account.
Do you know if this is normal?
Thank you again ahah 🙂
