Ariba Echosign integration issues since last Echosign update

We have Echosign integrated with Ariba Contracts On-Demand - since the last Echosign update we are finding that we can't submit contracts for Echosign signature in the same way we used to - for some reason the integration does not work, and when clicking "Submit" we do not get the Echosign window popping up to place signatures and complete document submission.  Has anyone suffered similar problems and been able to resolve?
