BAA for HIPAA Compliance - Why is this so hard?
I signed up for the enterprise plan, paid for it and cannot use it because I need to sign the BAA to be HIPAA compliant. It isn't available anywhere online. No one in the chat support function can help me. I am constantly referred back to an "Account Manager" who does not respond. I have a case open and have escalated it. I am extremely frustrated and now remember why I used Docusign.
How do I get the BAA? Where do I get the BAA?
