AM I MISSING SOMETHING, i SENT THIS MSG BELOW TO SUPPORT CHAT, Just copied and pasted it.
I just purchased Adobe Sign one year, I thought there was a widget feature which I had during trial, and no where did it describe this feature would or would not be included in the features and plans page, I find this to be very misleading, and would like a refund if there is no widget and other features that the trial had, because that is one of the main reasons I bought it because of the myriad of features the trial had, all the competitor have the same features that my current subscription has. I am a real estate agent my company provides free e-signature account with authentisign which is just a good, however it the doesn't have the features that I "THOUGHT" I'd be getting in this subscription. I really dont need to pay for something I can get for free. so unless there is something that I am missing, then i need a refund immediately.
