Which behavior when I request signature to a group?

 

1. everyone in the group must sign
2. One member of the group must sign

At the moment there is 2) implemented. So it's signed if one member of the group has signed.

Is there a chance to get 1) working?

My use case would be:

step 1: all members of  a group have to sign (simultaneously, no special sequence)

step 2: one special person (boss) has to sign after the complete group has signed.

 

@1024427 : Is this feature planned for the next version?

Would be a great feature to choose between option 1+2 for groups.

And it has the chance to replace a lot our internal workflows where we handle documents.

    You can do this already in Sign. Your Sign account needs to have hybrid routing enabled. Hybrid routing allows for all 3 options in one agreement:

    All participants with number 1 get the agreement to sign at the same time. 

    After all 3 have signed the agreement is routed to the participant with number 2

    when that one signs, the agreement is send to the last 2 participants who are asked to certified receipt of the agreement. However as this is a recipient gorup only one of the 2 has to certify the receipt.

    At thta point the agreement is done and everyone gets their copy,

      Thank you very much for your fast reply. Yes this will work, but I'll always have to insert every person in stage 1 for every new signing process. Having fixed groups with certain users in it would be better because this would save time and makes it more comfortable. Therefore I tried to solve it with the group function.


      You can use workflows to preset fixed elemetns and the flow:

      note that recipient groups (stage 3 in the screenshot above) cannot be pre-configured at this point.
