Question

Blury Text in E-sign document.

Hello Guys!

I created an interactive PDF for my master service agreement.  I export it in Indesign in high quality (300dpi)

and once i click Prepare form > Tools > Convert to Adobe Sign to request E-signatures in Adobe Acrobat; it rasterizes the form so the text cannot be modified. However doing so it comes out super blurry and in low-resolution and there seem to be no option to fix the quality. Can i fix the raster to a good quality?

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks!

Hi Anthony Lemay,

Thank you for reaching out.

Did you try selecting the file directly using the request siganture option in Acrobat?

If not, try and let us know if you see the same behavior.

Would you mind sarhign the file with us? We will check it at our end.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hello, yes i did try that. Same behavior, it will not be blurred out in acrobat but once it uploads in every method the text is not even selectable, it's all rasterized. I believe this is a security measure to prevent editing from the signer, as it rebecomes normal once the form is filled. Do you have information on the resolution / rasterizing process that adobe uses?
