Bounced email when sending doc for signature

Does anyone know how to clear or fix a bounced email for a document you have sent out for signature?

 

There were several people signing and just one person's email bounced and it was their correct email. All of the other signers have completed the signature request and I would like to have the last party sign the same document. 

 

They have indicated have not received the doc from Adobe Sign as well and I can not figure out how to clear the bounced email and or how to resend it to the individual I need the signature for?


Any help would be appreciated.

By any chance does the person have another email account?  If so, you could change the signer to that new email. Or send it to yourself and you can then send it to the last signer's phone by text.

I'm having the same issue and was wondering if sending a reminder to that recipient would be a work around.

I have the same question.  Tried sending a reminder...haven't determined if it was successful.
