Can Adobe Sign be set to not store documents

New Here ,
Nov 02, 2017 Nov 02, 2017

Good day everyone,

So Compliance in our country (South Africa) states that the type of signed documents I want to create using Adobe Sign, may not be stored outside of the country.

Therefore I need to find out if there is a way to only send the signed document to the recipients without having said document actually being stored in Adobe's data centers (Germany/Ireland).

Appreciate any feedback,

Kind regards,

Stefan Wiese

Hi Stefan,

Sorry to say, it is not possible in Adobe Sign to send a file to the recipients without saving it in the data center.

Once the file is uploaded in Adobe Sign application to send, it gets saved in the data center of Adobe.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi

In this case, your account would be configured to always send copies of the final document to the signer via email, and the option to adjust that setting would be suppressed.
